How soon will my order ship?

      Typically orders ship within 14 days from the date of ordering. However, you must first approve your proof via email, so it may take less or more time.

When is a "rush" service needed?

A rush service is necessary if you have less than 12 days before your name frame is needed.

Will I see a proof {layout of the alphabet photos} to approve prior to Art of Whimsy ordering {from a professional photo lab} a print?

Yes, you will receive a proof in approximately 1-2 business days after placing your order. You will then be able to choose different alphabet photos, check over spelling and make any other necessary adjustments.
